Poppy Girl

Made this card last night after buying the digital stamp from Tammy Thompson's etsy shop .....

www.adayfordaisies.etsy.com..... It is a beautiful stamp and she has an offer on at mo for BOGOF until end of May.  She was lovely to colour with promarkers and I have lots of ideas for her and the other stamp I got ....leaf girl.

Jim is away fishing so I thought I would have some me time and try to catch up  with cards I need to make for June.  The images were already stamped and coloured so it was just a question of assembling them.

A Canvas at last and some cards

I have had a pack of four canvases in my craft room for ages and I have finally done the first one!

 I am quite pleased with it and and am going to try and continue with the inspirational word themes for the next one.

Glimmer misted well and truly

 Even the butterfly had a dusting of glimmer mist!

Just A Few Cards

Having had a few days away in our Caravan, chilling out I am now back to the reality of work,shopping and
housework!!!  So I thought a little Craft time would cheer me up so here's what I made .......

 I made this for my brother using the Special Charity Digi stamp "Ronnie" for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. It was great fun to colour but I might try paper piecing the chair next time.  

My very first attempt at colouring with Distress Inks using the create a scene canal set.  One for my Father in law's birthday I think.

Doggy Bookmark

Have had a great few days with my daughter and grandson staying with us.  Lots of cuddles and kisses to keep me going til we see them again.  Also a fabulous trip to see Dancing on Ice (my birthday present), which I absolutely loved.

Today I made a bookmark for one of the girls at work using some new stamps and some card Marie had a go spritzing glimmer mist on.  I so lurve... glimmer mists!

The sentiment is computer generated but is a very good philosophy for life I think!!!!!!

Having an inky time

Thought I would have a play with sponges and ink pads today.  This actually looks much better than the
picture!

 This is a bookmark I made using glimmer mists on the background card and thr using some scrapbook paper to stamp on using a mixture of stamps.  I really like this one.
